So let’s start by talking a little bit about what types of properties we are looking for….
Now, I want to talk about what we most commonly buy and why we buy them. Typically, we like to stick to the homes that are 3 bedrooms, 2 bath homes that are usually referred to as your “bread and butter” homes.
These are the homes that your average size family tend to look for so it makes a lot of sense to be selling them if these are what most families are looking for when it comes to buying a home; they are easy to sell since they are in high demand. Now that doesn’t mean that people don’t want 4 – 5 bedroom homes, it’s just what we tend to work with more often.
With that said, we have worked with 2 – 3 bedroom homes all the way up to 5 – 6 bedroom homes but typically we have the most success with 3 bedroom, 1 – 2 bath homes. Basically, we really enjoy buying these types of properties and we try to consider these on a first come, first served basis. Try to consider working with these types of properties first and seek them out as much as you can.
That’s very important because you know what we will buy is directly related to what we can be successful with when we turn around and buy, rent, or sell these properties. And that has a direct relation to your success because we don’t want to waste your time submitting leads that don’t go anywhere and hopefully avoid your frustration if it’s properties we aren’t even going to be interested in.
So just to make it easier, we prefer to stick to the 3 bedroom, 1 -2 bath homes and we will go higher in size but try to not go smaller in size (i.e. 1 bedroom studios, condos, etc).
